In today's 5 Minute Motivation (5MM)  episode on the Explore Self & Soul Podcast, I share a story about 12-year-old Rachel who was part of a competition where she succeeded all throughout the early rounds to advance to the finals. After getting to the finals, this is where she then lost her unique skills and talents just to fit in with how the other girls performed. Many, many years of reflection have taught me to no longer dim my light for others to shine brighter. Especially if it results in you completely changing who you are. Be brave, be bold, and step into your power with your authentic self!
