Losing identity and art of balancing with Ayanna Coleman  

Ayanna comes across as a business lady who has got all; you can tell she’s full of energy, smart, articulate, charming, and thoughtful. And when it comes to work, she’d do 120% efficiency and impeccability. Even if you haven’t worked with her, you can… just kind of tell.  

Moving to a country where she doesn’t speak the language and expanding her business and social life; she makes it all seem like a breeze. But of course, she had all the ups and downs like anybody with similar experiences would have. In fact, it went as far as her realising everything she identified herself as was no more. 

I’m hoping to give a little insight into her journey and show how she came to find who she is through the process. Losing an identity can be a blessing: it gives us an opportunity to find a better version of ourselves.
