Jesus invites us to trust Him and to embrace His new Kingdom, but what does that look like? Surely this invitation involves more than simply embracing a set of theological beliefs (a kingdom of the mind) or a hope in life after death right? While not absent of those realities, where does following Jesus intersect with “real life?” in Philippians 1:27-29, Paul gives us a picture of how our identity as “Citizens of Heaven” is intended to inform not only how we think but how we live.
