In our current cultural moment, specifically within the United States, finding and feeling a sense of “us” can feel a lot like you’re in search of a unicorn. The dominant stories perpetuated in the world around us reflect a nation that looks with suspicion at their “neighbor” and makes decisions through the lens of selfishness. In the middle of these challenges, how can we possibly build a counter-cultural Christian community?
