Today we welcome long time brewer, professional wrestling promoter and stay at home dad Sam Simms to the show.

Sam was nice enough to bring 4 beers that he personally brewed for us to try, so today's program will exclusively feature guest beers.

Guest Beer #1:

Adapted from Michael's Brown Porter, brewed in 2006, no carbonation, 10-15% ABV and aged in Jameson honey whiskey barrels

Guest Beer #2: 

Sparkling Raspberry Ale, made with 50 lbs of raspberries, 3.2% ABV, a refreshing all day summer sipper

Guest Beer #3:

A beer that's not a beer - brewed to harvest yeast for a future beer, referred to as the "bottom of the barrel", would be perfect in a can merely labeled "BEER"
