In this episode, I talk about giving yourself permission to say yes when someone offers to help you during your busy days as a nurse. I suggest kind and respectful ways to use your voice to ask for help when you need it. Avoid slipping into hyper-independence mode and taking on too much in your days. You are deserving of a hand, and remember,  accepting help does not make you any less of a nurse!
