6 Biggest Lessons Learnt As A Studio Owner - DSEP01
Hi everyone and thank you SO MUCH for checking out the very first episode of the Dance Studio Excellence Podcast!
This podcast (I hope!) will provide dance studio owners worldwide value and insights into how to create, grow and run a successful dance or performance studio.
Also being the very first episode where I'll share the 6 Biggest Lessons I've Learnt As A Studio Owner, this podcast is an important milestone for me personally as I've always been very introverted. So this is my first – and VERY REAL – move into "putting myself out there" for the sake of helping some struggling studio owners (If that's you, don't worry – You're not alone!) so thanks again as I get to grips with the whole "talking to an audience" thing!
I'll also give you a bit on my background, how I came to own, run and grow my own studio and of course, some of the biggest challenges and lessons learnt along the way.
