In this episode Cat and Andy discuss the importance of Trust for consultants. They discuss four (4) components of trust which are:

 

1. Competence
2. Authenticity
3. Reliability
4. Empathy

They cover each area and give examples of how consultants may use these at their client’s site. Trust is one of factors that allow a consultant to be successful and each consultant should learn these four areas to improve their careers as well as be better at managing their relationships with others.
