I wrote all of the show notes for this and then it didn't save + now I'm starting all over.

Basically this whole episode is a rant of why I am doing this in the first place. I didn't go into this line of work (author, mentor, instagram, podcast) because I thought it would get me friends, followers, fame, or money. I did it because I am deeply passionate about changing this planet from within, from inside ourselves. I explain how my entire journey started from developing extreme anxiety at 18 years old, and stepping onto two pathways: 1. anti-anxiety medications 2. mindfulness + self help books. I continue to share my experience of learning in college, taking internships, traveling across the world, working in different countries, etc.
