Women have been conditioned to hyper focus on dieting and getting smaller, by using cardio and low calorie dieting. The industry is shifting. We are celebrating women’s strength, sexy shape, curves and training performance. Thank goodness for this heathy transition!  The way we can do this - is a calculated nutritional approach entering into a surplus of calories/energy.
