Longest episode yet with Audrey Leora and I really enjoyed this conversation which consisted of a lot of heart sharing.  Both Audrey and I are solo mamas who are coparenting with ease and joy and it is lovely to meet others who are on a similar journey to self love.

Audrey is an artist and healer and spends some of her holiday time over in Hawaii - After going through her spiritual awakening just a couple of years ago, Audrey has a lot of offer people with her personal practices of emotional self care in the form of her sound healing and gentle intuitiveness as her journey continues.

After we shut off this episode we continued to talk for another hour and a half about sexual healing and self pleasure practices and I really want to get Audrey back to share some of this juicy stuff in the future.
