So in this episode, we're going to take a break from talking about what not to eat, and instead turn our attention to all the incredible foods we SHOULD be eating. Because when you focus on ADDING, not subtracting, you're much more likely to crowd out your diet with good, and discover new foods you love, then you are likely to feel restricted & limited, and end up quitting all this 'healthy-eating-nonsense' when you focus solely on what you can't have.
