With the Easter season upon us I thought it right to share some habits i use to help me with my weight loss. This can be a time when we see multiple family's and have multiple dinners. And as much as we try to "save" our calories, those desserts just look so darn delicious. There is however, some habits that we can incorporate to our daily lives to help save us from our calorie counting doom.
