In this episode I confess that I was SAD AKA I experienced seasonal affective disorder more well-known as seasonal depression. We briefly talk about the difference of being sad verse being depressed. I explain why I did this as a follow up to Episode #2: You Might be SAD (go check out before or after listening). We go over the symptoms/signs that I was experiencing SAD, what I did to get help and how I managed it. I give my real life experience with seasonal depression which includes not being able to go to work, smoking too much weed, losing hope & interest and struggling with eating habits.
