Exercise is one of those things that we know we should be doing, but for the most part have very little ambition to start or keep a workout routine. Whenever thinking about it, it seems like such a, well, thing. So many things involved in the process and when we get right down to it, we really don't have that much extra time as is. That's why we need to be able to be as efficient as possible.
