Mental Debugging Podcast

#6 - Improving Your Relationships

Listen Later

We all deal with a variety of relationships throughout out lives. The relationship we have with ourselves, our relationship with our own mortality, and all the relationships we have with other people around us. It's those relationships, the ones that circle us, that we discuss on this podcast episode.

We cover why debugging your relationships matters, why complaining may be doing harm, and what it looks like to take ownership of your own feelings and responses. Near the end Nathaniel and Chris talk about how they can show love to each other and why you should consider asking those in your life the same question. Our hope is that you take some of this dialogue and approach  your relationships with a curiosity to help nurture and grow them.
