What is self-care to you? How important is your own self-care? Do you make it a priority and if not, should you?
That's what we discuss this episode as we walk through our own self-care routines, where we lack in our own prioritization, and how we can use our relationships with others to improve our own self-care habits. Self-care is a buzzword these days and it means something different to everyone but we hope to give you some topics to think about when it comes to caring for yourself and those you love.
We can all do better at caring for ourselves, so let's encourage others to improve and show up in the world as the best version of themselves.
