hello listeners! since it's movember, we thought it would be fitting to centre the conversation around men's mental health. to do this, we invited our friends demi, louis, and moon to speak on their individual experiences surrounding self care, why they think there is a stigma behind men taking care of themselves, and how we can tackle these issues.
