In Life, when we make life changes, we do them with good intentions but they sometimes can be unrealistic. For example, trying to run a marathon without ever even running with 3 months of training is a good example of setting ourselves up for failure. We always want to grow in life but along the way we stop and become complacent. I talk a little in this episode why its important to set small goals to be able to look forward and to grow to the next level in our lives. Its Time to step out of your comfort zone and go for it!
