Using the concepts of breath, warmth, and light I help you focus on a place in your body (emotional or physical) that you’d like to direct attention toward. Almost all of my directions and meditation training can be attributed to three groups of folks: MNDFL (specificity Rev. angel Kyodo williams) folks from Spirit Rock; folks from friends of the western Buddhist order (though that practice was decades ago).
