In this week's episode, I sit down and talk about how New Years Resolutions can kind of be a load of BS. Especially for those who suffer with anxiety or mental health, they're just another reason to classify the year as a failure or success - even when many shades of gray exist between those extremes. I talk about creating healthy goal statements for tangible results, prioritizing things that matter, and learning to go with the flow. Though goals and resolutions go hand in hand, it's important to understand the difference and understand yourself to make the most of them in 2020!
