  • 16: Being Nervous About COVID-19
In this week's episode, I sit down with my dad and my brother for an episode about the COVID-19 outbreak. We recorded the episode a week prior and so much has already changed in terms of the magnitude & outbreak, however, the anxieties surrounding this pandemic are still very relevant. Since Sullivan and I both have severe anxiety, it's been a tough time for our household. So, we sit down with our dad to talk financial strain, medical anxiety, and an eventual light at the end of the tunnel. Remember to enter the March Giveaway which ends the 31st at 11:59pm (more information on my social medias!).

  • 15: We Were On a Break [with Emily Regenold]

In this week's episode, I sit down with Emily Regenold, a mental health advocate and sweet baby angel. Emily approached me about doing a podcast and we both decided that this topic was super necessary because it's the episode we needed when were in the thick of it! We chat about our experiences taking a break from college to find some clarity. Battling the stereotype that "you're never going to go back" and trying deal with some of life's overwhelm, Emily and I get really f*cking real about what's good, not-so good, hard, and rewarding about taking a much needed break! Get involved in our March Giveaway to win some $$$ just by listening!

  • 14: Living Unconventionally [with Sullivan Saliby]
For this week's episode, I sit down with the one, the only, the infamous, Radio Rebel. Otherwise known as Sullivan Saliby, or my little brother. We talk our plan of action if we were quarantined and the fact that I'm a "picker". More relevant, though, we circle back to the topic that made us both pursue some pretty unconventional careers. • 11: Escaping Toxicity
In this week's episode, I talk about one of the number one ways to escape toxic relationships in all aspects of your life. You learn a little bit more about that crappy ex I always reference, but also learn how one day, I was able to say goodbye for good! Rather than the reality show take of removing toxicity with name calling, dramatics, and crying, I talk about ways that you can put barriers up to toxic forces  that empowers you, but doesn't lead to dramatic confrontation.

  • 10: SEX: A Valentine's Day Special [with Max]
This week's episode we get a little steamy talking all about sex and the anxieties surrounding sexual relationships. I sit down with my best friend, Max, to talk about our personal experiences with sex, STD testing, and what we call "the gray area". We talk about losing our virginity and how we still get anxious when it comes to this topic too! As always, this episode talks about one of life's everyday struggles that might be a little uncomfortable to bring up elsewhere. In honor of Valentine's Day, it's all about destigmatizing sex so that you can have open communication with your partners, because we know this might not be conversations you're having around the dinner table!

  • 9: Death
In this week's episode, I talk about my relationship with death after the tragic news of the helicopter that killed Kobe and Gianna Bryant and seven others this week. I talk about why death might be a little difficult to understand, why one might be feeling guilt when trying to mourn, and talk about how suicidal tendencies tend to play a role on our relationship with death. It's also the first podcast where you hear me cry & talk about my personal struggle with suicide. TRIGGER WARNING: Suicide & death. National Suicide Prevention Hotline: 1-800-273-8255

  • 8: Ghosting with Social Anxiety
In this week's episode, I get real about ghosting and how it's affected my social anxiety as a friend, girlfriend, and partner. Ghosting, or the cutting off of communication without notice or explanation, leaves people with social anxiety questioning their image, what they've said, and all their previous action. Hopefully, being unapologetically myself with you will help you feel validated and a sense of community if you ever find yourself in the presence of a scary ghost!
