How many times have you written off signals until the relationship ended, at which point you could look back and the signs seem so obvious, once you have a bit of emotional distance? So often we dismiss, disregard or make excuses for things that we really need to pay attention to.
Today we’re revisiting this episode about relationship red flags. A red flag is a good intuitive image to help you process what you’re really feeling.
The red flags we’re talking about today can apply to romantic relationships, friendships, or your interactions with family. We identify six (plus one more BONUS flag!) specific red flags that we’ve experienced ourselves, interpret what they may mean, and offer suggestions for what you can do to handle these situations.
We even created the acronym DRAD just for you, to help you know what to do when you encounter signs that you’re in a toxic relationship.
From gaslighting to guilt trips, we’ve got you covered. Listen now, and enjoy the benefits of positive relationships as you progress on your wellness journey!
Peace, love, and light, dear friends.
