It can be hard to figure out what we want to do and even harder to know how to get there. But without a clear idea of what we want to do with our lives, it's difficult to make progress towards our goals.

One of the biggest reasons for this is that without career clarity, we can't set effective goals. We might have vague ideas about what we want, but without a specific target in mind, it's tough to know what steps we need to take to get there. 

Without career clarity, it's also difficult to stay motivated; after all, if we don't know what we're working towards, it's hard to see the point in our efforts.
