This week we are back with an episode all around how to stop picking your body apart. Its a cycle I know so many women are caught in and I once was too. We say to ourselves if I just "look" this way I wouldn't be speaking to myself like this etc but the thing about insecurities is when you 'fix' one it just goes to another place.

The real change happens when you address how you speak to yourself, the beliefs you have about your body, your self worth and how you treat yourself. That is the work I do daily with my clients and its the exact reason they all walk away with a good relationship with food and a body they have peace & safety with.
