The only problem with the holiday season and all the fun and family and food, is well, the FOOD!! There's soooo much of it and you're caught between it's so good and you're so full and you don't want to be rude to the cook. Talk about the pickle you've ended up in. Feeling bloated is not fun to say the least, and the quicker you can relieve that feeling the better.
