From the time that we are born, we are flooded with programming and belief systems that influence our values and the way we show up in the world. As we get older, the unsolicited advice starts pouring in from those around us. How many times have you followed a "should" or "should not" from someone else, only to wish you had followed your intuition instead?

Each time we make a decision based on the advice or opinions of another, we are unintentionally silencing the voice within. As we connect deeper to our heart space and start to listen to our inner voice, we begin to find our aligned path.

In this episode, Lindy and I explore the process of releasing others expectations surrounding the decisions we make, connecting with our inner voice, and showing up in our authentic expression.

About the Guest:

Lindy is a lifelong esoteric seeker and artist who has used intentional trips as a means to find herself through losing herself. She sees both the intentional use of travel as well as the intentional use of psychedelics as tools we have to find the truth of ourselves within ourselves. In the last decade, she has lived in eight cities across six countries and traveled to over thirty more. She has experienced sacred plant medicine journeys throughout Central America as well as in her own backyard. She has spent her lifetime immersing herself in new, unfamiliar universes in order to find the beauty and truth that dwells there and has worked diligently to integrate the lessons learned into her life. She is now using all the magic she has gathered to help others do the same.
