Everyone knows that exercise is a pretty crutial part of maintaining overall health and wellness. The problem becomes the after effects of exercise. Being in discomfort is irritating at best. Because this happens after exercise, it's easy to get overwhelmed and think that you would rather run head first into a wall then do another push-up. That's why we need to do things after our workout to make sure that when there is discomfort, it's not only manageable, but goes away relatively quickly.
