Hello, dear ones! Today's topic has been rearing its head often as we try to navigate the world and the climate in which we are living by trying to control the people and the external circumstances so that we can feel better. Instead, I would like to propose shifting that focus from trying to control those things outside of us and turn the spotlight inward to those things we can control: our thoughts/our stories; our feelings, and our actions. This is where our true power and agency reside. Let's go there and see what is possible! x
