60. How You End Your Day Matters - Evening Reflection + Meditation

At the end of the day, we need time to unwind and settle our minds and bodies. We aren't devices and can't just "power off" so easily. In my work as an Integrative Psychotherapist and Coach, I hear people share with me that when they finally lay down at the end of the day, their minds are still racing. They might even harp on or notice the negative about themselves that day.

This episode is all about how we can end our day with intention.

Bonus - you might want to have a journal handy because at the end, I lead you through a really lovely guided evening meditation to help you notice your "wins" for the day (some you may not even have thought of as wins!). It starts at about 18:30
