When you were very, very young you did not know how to tie your shoelaces. You struggled, you were trying and somebody much older probably your mother or father, sister or brother noticed that you were struggling trying to tie your shoestrings. So, they took the time to provide you with their knowledge, they advised you, they consulted you. They listened to you say that you can not do it, but they cheered you on that you could. After numerous tries you finally made that first knot. How exciting was that? If you are like me you probably do not remember the first time you tied your shoes, but it is like anything else in life, when you accomplish your first goal it is exciting.
