Even when you don’t think you are building, you are. If you are working on your craft, on yourself, or constantly seeking knowledge, you are building.

Can you think of a time in your life when you went through something really difficult, really significant, really life changing? There are pivotal points in our life that define us, that change us. They change the trajectory of our life in a positive or negative manner, but the great thing about that is that we get to choose which one.

Have you heard of the saying, “If at first you don’t succeed, try and try again?” Well guess what, it sounds easy but its hard. It’s hard to not get discouraged, it’s hard to not want to give up, it’s hard to be consistent, but welcome to real life.

We are bombarded by an immense amount of ads throughout our day, so much that I ask myself, how much of ourselves is really us and how much of it is influence? I'm not saying that being influenced or as I like to call it, being inspired is bad. In my opinion, it just depends on what or who is doing the influence?

If you didn’t compare yourself to others where would your mindset be? What would your perception of yourself look like?? If you had no concept of society and its “norms” how different would you life be?
