60: The Reason Some Companies (and People) Don’t Ever Improve…

Listen Later

This Mid-Week check in has us chatting about what it takes to improve anything.  The reality is, the first step in making any situation better first starts with being honest about where you are.  Then you have to honestly look at how you got to where you are.  To change anything you have to make different decisions, and unless you take full responsibility for every decision you have made, the truth is nothing will change.  This is probably one of the biggest reasons why some people stay stuck.

However, once you shift your way of thinking, anything is possible.  I hope that you have had a chance to listen to some of the episodes on getting past fear, and getting rid of limiting beliefs once and for all!  Hopefully they have been helpful in supporting you in making your dream a reality.
