But an heir, "as long as he's a child, differs nothing from a servant, though he is lord of all." (Gal. 4:1) In other words, a prince goes through a grueling regime of education, protocol, and military training before crowned as a king.
Many Christians expect to sit on thrones in the kingdom yet are unwilling to learn obedience by the things which Jesus suffered (Hebrews 5:8). They will be sorely disappointed.
