Your mind is a lot like that junk drawer. It is full of unwanted, unneeded, and cluttered thoughts about who you are, what you can achieve, and who you can become.

In this episode, I share a few tips for how you can clean out those junk drawer thoughts in your mind that are no longer serving you.
