Hello Rescuers! This week we continue with the core mission of Roleplay Rescue: to encourage the lapsed tabletop roleplayer to come back to the table. This is the second episode in a sequence that I am calling “Beginnings”. I want to keep things short and practical, free from community calls and distractions. Following on from Part One, we recap the basic job of the Player and then extend a little further with some advice on how to play well - for the benefit of everyone at the table.
