Jill is in her third year as the Director of Broadcasting and Media Relations Manager of the Visalia Rawhide, Low-A affiliate of the Arizona Diamondbacks. In addition to being the Voice of the Rawhide, Jill also handles Public Relations, social media, and marketing for the team.

After she graduated in May 2018, Jill broadcasted for the Nashua Silver Knights, a summer collegiate baseball team. Just a few months later, she earned the job with the Visalia Rawhide and became the third female broadcaster in Minor League Baseball history. During her first year with the Rawhide, they broke a 41-year championship drought when they became the 2019 California League champions. In 2021, Jill filled in as the TV analyst for the Reno Aces and became the first woman broadcaster to call a Triple-A game.
