Today's episode kicks off a 7-part series on holistic health! 

This series illustrates what it means to be beauty-full from the inside out and how to embody self-care as your most whole and authentic and radiant Self.

We start off this series with an overview of Ayurveda. In my intro, you hear me say that I am an Ayurvedic Health Instructor: but what the heck is Ayurveda? Today we look at this seemingly magical, but oh so real healing system as well as:

• What are Doshas?
• The 5 elements and how we are deeply interconnected with the Universe
• How to access our body's innate and intuitive healing abilities
• How to use our 5 senses to come back into a state of balance
