To begin, we play more Lord of the Rings trivia. I (David) suspect this is because Jim ran out of ideas but still had board games—but I can’t prove it. Anyway, after that, we have a surprisingly short follow-up section and then get into our main topic: People Skills as a Professional Tool. We talk about the idea of understanding people as a useful skill an advertising and marketing and then we just sort of wonder for a while how on earth David got into marketing.
