I got a little HOT in this episode.

I was having a conversation with a friend and she said, "You're so much more confident than me.  I need more confidence to do what you do."

Y'all when this happened, my brain broke! Lol.  If I waited until I was CONFIDENT to start this podcast then I still wouldn't have a podcast.  If I waited until I was CONFIDENT to start my coffee videos, I would NEVER have coffee videos. 

My confidence does get better and I get a little stronger every day that I put myself out there.  It's like going to the gym for my confidence.  Each time I have a thought that tells me "that's stupid, no one cares, or stop posting every day" but I post ANYWAY in SPITE of that thought then I stand a little straighter.  I build a little bit more confidence every day that I do a scary thing or something I'm insecure about.

I was not born with confidence.  I create it and build it every day that I do something scary or something that my brain tells me I can't do or I'm not good enough for.
