61. Unlearning Mixed Messaging about What We Should Pursue with Mickaela McNatt
This week, I sit down with Mickaela McNatt from Magnify More to talk about unlearning the mixed messaging we received growing up and what it takes to choose something different. In this conversation, we go all in and explore what it is to FULLY embody your magic... FULLY embody your bigness... FULLY embody the fullness of who you are, whatever that looks like and however that feels true for you.
We hear from Mickaela about her unlearning journey sorting through all of the messages she received about what she should aspire to - being a mom, taking care of the house, be your own boss but don't be too bossy, ask for a raise but don't ask for too much, be successful on your own but not too successful. You get the (dizzying) picture. Mickaela lets us into her story and what she had to consciously choose to trust her own knowing. And it is powerful, trust me!
Mickaela McNatt is a Trainer of Neuro-Linguistic Programming, Master Success Coach and Reiki Master. She’s the founder and head trainer of Magnify More, a coaching and training institute.
As the world is waking up and many are hearing the call to make an impact in the lives of others, Mickaela realized the need for training and education around how to guide ourselves AND our clients through the depths of life-long transformation. Her NLP & Coach Certification program certifies students who feel they are on assignment to raise the frequency of the planet through coaching and healing. The program certifies students in NLP, hypnosis, and a variety of other healing modalities so they can do just this, both for themselves and the clients they serve.
With her signature Release to Rise Method she helps the women she serves release subconscious blocks that have been holding them back, so they can fully embody the essence of their desires with ease, and experience success in all areas of life.
She’s currently living in Dallas, TX as her home base, but spends many months of the year traveling the US with her partner and their sweet pup, Banks, in their sprinter van. She celebrates a life of adventure, impact, and abundance — while supporting dozens of women build the same for themselves.
