How much are you worth?  Do you feel worthy?  If you are anything like me, then you probably struggle with feelings of self-doubt...wanting to feel like you are a somebody, or at least an anybody.  I've personally struggled with wrapping my brain around feeling like I'm enough--like I've got worth no matter what.  

So, on today's episode I want to tell you a story.  This is an analogy that will help you consider your own value and see it in a new light!

Then, as you embrace your own worthiness you'll find the power to reach for self-care.
