Why are some not elevating or progressing, stuck in the flesh? Now, it is not always bad. Because being too much in the spiritual can get us too comfortable and settled… while balancing spirituality and practicality (aka flesh, human experience) is a blessing in disguise when we know how to utilize these energies… our own polarity and duality. This ultimately leads us to understand others and their experiences, perspectives, and circumstances that we may not have otherwise experienced before however here is where the magic happens empathy comes into being and how it can help you understand what you are feeling in the moment rather than what you need to do in order to understand what you’re experiencing through your own actions in life as well.
