Have you ever felt like part of your life, or maybe even your whole life, was being chosen for you? Have you ever felt like you couldn't make your own decisions, not in an abusive way, but in a people-pleasing kind of way?

That's how Allyssya felt for a large part of her life. The life she was living was not what she would have chosen for herself. But she is a Highly Sensitive Woman and one of the characteristics is people-pleasing.

This characteristic manifested itself and led to undiagnosed and untreated anxiety; which led to depression, which led to severe disability.

But...

Allyssya found a way to break out of the box in which she found herself and ultimately found a way to create a new favorite activity: stepping out of her comfort zone!
