Congratulations to all the recent (and soon to be) graduates!  For those of us whose toss of the hat is in the rear view mirror, this is a time to reflect on all of those dreams, aspirations, and goals  that we may have left up in the sky with our tassels and caps so many years ago.  For those who are on the doorstep of your future with every promising dream just a reach away, don’t let anyone or any doubt get in the way of what might be.

I hope that this episode has you contemplating what you are striving for and why.  We always have the chance to course correct and pursue what matters the most. Don’t wait twenty years to figure that out, or to follow your heart.
