In this episode, I explain the differences in how we raise girls and how we raise boys (generally speaking.) These tiny differences hold men back from reaching their fullest potential, and burden women with the responsibility of caring for everyone. I describe the experiences I've had in my own life and clinical practice. I explain the difficulties that come when women believe their value lies in her ability to care for everyone. l have tips for those of you in male/female relationships on how to create a beautiful masculine/feminine dynamic.
