Ellis Barry is the Chef-Owner of the very popular restaurant Lerpwl at the Albert Dock in Liverpool. He's also becoming a prominent TV figure featuring on programmes such as Ready Steady Cook. 

During the podcast, Ellis talked us through his journey from apprentice at Panoramic 34, all the way through owning his first cafe to where he is now. He explains that he has had never had a multi-year plan for his career, but instead, been keen to take opportunities as they come. 

We also heard about some of Ellis's thoughts on the industry including his passion for 'eating your postcode', using high quality produce wherever possible and the important of educating everybody about good food.
