I recently read a fascinating book by Trevor Moawad, a mental coach to major athletes, called “It Takes What It Takes: How to Think Neutrally and Gain Control of Your Life.” This book resonated with me because it’s all about transforming your thinking to achieve high-performance moments through neutral thinking. Moawad emphasizes the importance of judgment-free thinking and downshifting your brain into a neutral practice to strip away biases and negativity that could hold you back. I couldn’t agree more with this approach, and I believe that anyone can adopt it, not just athletes. It requires discipline and focus on what needs to be accomplished. The book also highlights the importance of making good daily choices and behaviors to achieve your goals and avoid regrets. Trust me, after reading this book, you’ll have a whole new perspective on approaching challenges and achieving success.
