Stubbornness can be a good thing!  And, being a rebel can come in handy too.  Because there are plenty of people out there who will tell you that you can't do it!  You are smart enough, you don't have enough willpower, it's too hard in general, and you're being too obsessive about it anyway!

But I beg to differ!

When someone tells you that you can't lose weight...drop it (literally).
When they tell you that you'll just be stuck with that forever, that there's nothing that you can do...prove them wrong!
