Emma Fillipoff was last seen in the vicinity of the Empress Hotel in Victoria BC between 7:15 pm and 8:00 pm on November 28, 2012. She was observed being interviewed by Victoria police. Once the police leave, Emma disappears into the night. Never to be seen again.
